Change of Mind Returns: We do accept change of mind return however it needs to be within 14 days from receipt of delivery. The return item must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be given less the 10% handling and restocking fee.
Faulty and Damaged goods: If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged then you need to send us an email within 3 days of receiving the goods. If product is damaged you will need to include pictures of how you received it.
Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction upon using the products then you need to stop immediately and get in contact with us. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Please note: Returns due to allergies must be less than 25% used upon return, or you will not be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Item Received:If you have received an incorrect item that you need to contact us within 7 days. You will need to take a picture of what you have received and send it through to us via email.
Do not open the product or dispose of it or you may be denied of a refund.
To complete your return, you will first need to send us an email at info@luxehairandbeauty.com.au.
Returned items need to be packaged appropriately (best to use the original packaging). It is highly recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.
We will notify you within 3 days of receiving the item as to whether we can provide you a refund, or a credit note.
Returns that are not eligible: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items that are lost in transit.
