Are your products genuine?
Rest assured that our products are 100% genuine and are sourced directly from the licensed distributors in Australia
When will my order be shipped?
Our handling time is normally 1 business day. If there is a delay we will contact you directly via email.
All orders over $50 will receive free shipping. Orders under $50 will incur a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee. Express shipping is also available.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment, we only ship within Australia wide.
Will I be able to track my item?
Once we dispatch your order we will send you an email to provide you with your tracking number.
We use Australia Post as our shipping provider hence you can track the status of your delivery on their website.
Can I return or exchange?
Items purchased within 30 days are eligible for a refund if the item is damaged, faulty or is not as described. Please refer to our Return Policy
Can I pick up my order?
Luxe Hair and Beauty is operated purely online. We dispatch all our orders and are not offering pick ups at the moment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept paypal, afterpay and credit card transactions.
